The following document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the next website.

If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use nextdirect.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Next reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, no longer want to receive a Next catalogue or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email marketing@next.com Next is committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by Next but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

Delivery will be made within 4-5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods. Additional time may be required during sales, UK bank holidays, and local public holidays, when delivery schedules may differ. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Important Note for Australian PO Box Deliveries:

For all PO Box deliveries in Australia, please be aware that Australia Post (AUSPost) is currently experiencing high volumes within their network. As a result, an additional 9-day transit time has been added to the standard delivery promise. This increased time is in place of the previous additional 48-hour transit time for PO Box addresses.

These terms and conditions apply to eVouchers other than Late Returns eVouchers. The terms and conditions that apply to Late Returns eVouchers can be found at: the Late Returns eVoucher section of our terms and conditions. A recipient of an eVoucher must have a valid email address. You can book delivery of the eVoucher up to 60 days in advance but payment will be taken immediately.

Please remember to enter the receiver's email address carefully as we cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended receiver uses the eVoucher. Once you have placed your order online we cannot change the receiver's email address, cancel or issue a refund for your eVoucher.

Your eVoucher can be used by you if you are the purchaser or you receive it as a gift. You can use the eVoucher in full or part payment for goods purchased online at next.com.au. eVouchers cannot be used to buy eVouchers.

The value of your purchases will be deducted from the balance on your eVoucher when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. Your balance will be updated after every purchase.

If the order value exceeds the amount of the eVoucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. If paying with an eVoucher and credit or debit card, your items will be charged at point of order not at point of despatch. Where goods purchased online with an eVoucher are subsequently returned, monies owing will be refunded in the form of an eVoucher, or refunded to the original method of payment.

This eVoucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The eVoucher cannot be returned and refunds will not be given. To check your balance at any time, call (0011 44) 282798630. Buying or redeeming an eVoucher is subject to our normal Terms and Conditions and order validation procedures.

The eVoucher will automatically expire 3 years after the date of issue.

Next cannot accept responsibility for your eVoucher if it is lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission (except to the extent caused or contributed to by Next's negligence or wrongful conduct). It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.

Any payment credited to the eVoucher which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the credit being revoked. This eVoucher remains the property of Next and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

Items returned after 28 days that are not faulty, damaged or incorrect will receive a refund in the form of an Late Returns eVoucher, not a refund to the original payment method. If your late return exceeds the maximum value of an eVoucher, you will receive multiple Evouchers.

The 28-day period begins the day after your items were delivered. Late Returns eVouchers are sent via email for all returns methods.

eVoucher Issue:

Late Returns eVouchers expire 6 months from the issue date. A recipient of a Late Returns eVoucher must have a valid email address.

How to Use:

You can use the Late Returns eVoucher in full or part payment for goods purchased online at next.com.au. Select ‘Gift Card / eVoucher Payment’ at checkout and enter the Card Number and Unique Pin.

You can return any unwanted items within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unworn where relevant and in their original condition and packaging.

If your items are returned to us outside of the 28 day period, we may retain the item(s) and/or not process a refund.

Returns are currently charged at 10$ this will be deducted from your refunded amount when using this service.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

$20 Off Your First App Order:

  1. The discount will automatically be loaded to your account for customers who have not previously transacted using the Next App on either iOS or Android devices.
  2. The offer will only be valid on orders over $100 after other discounts have been applied.
  3. The offer is for online purchases at www.next.au only.

Sale/Clearance

  1. All sale/clearance items are subject to availability.
  2. Delivery of in stock items can take up to 21 days.
