The dressing gown was bundled into the smallest plastic bag they could find. When I opened the bag, there was a disgusting chemical stench which filled the house.The dressing gown was creased, stank and had to be washed immediately. The manufacturer took no pride in the garment and I have no wish to use it. Had to give it a star, but it certainly does not deserve one.
